Harp Refinance program continues to help upside-down homeowners throughout the nation.

Refinance benefits.

The Harp Refinance Program allows underwater borrowers to qualify for:

- Unlimited Loan-to-Value Limits

- No appraisal required for a Harp Refinance loan if the underwriting findings allow it.

- All occupancy types are eligible.

- Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos and Duplexes are eligible.

Lenders are able to offer all loan and mortgage products available under the Home Affordable
Refinance Program (HARP)- for both Fannie Mae (Refinance Plus) and Freddie Mac (Refinance
Relief) regardless of your current loan servicer.

HARP Mortgage Refinance Guidelines have several additional benefits:

•Reduced Income and Asset Documentation required for a Refinance under HARP 2.0

•For a Refinance to a Fixed Rate Mortgage there is no minimum appraised value

•Homeowners looking for a HARP refinance in to an adjustable rate mortgage the
maximum LTV is set at 105%.

•NO APPRAISAL REQUIRED in cases where an automated value can be determined and a
Property Inspection Waiver is obtained!

•To qualify for a HARP Refinance the loan must have been sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie
Mac on or before May 31, 2009.

•The mortgage may not have been refinanced under HARP previously unless it is a
Fannie Mae loan that was refinanced under HARP from March-May, 2009.
